Hello all. Have a friend who has a test-um validator nt-900 that won't boot. When you fire it up, screen flashes logo then

Unit has a serial port for printer (unused according to inline manual), USB port for PC connection, as well as compact flash card. I can read some job files from cf through my card reader so not sure if you are able to upload bios/software through cf or not. When I hook USB up to PC, screen goes to

USB File I/O Mode.

And according to manual you can go to their website and save software to the cf through the USB connection.

Looking on website, I find no software or anything for this.

Anyone know if there is a way to upload a new bios or software to get this back up and running for him?
