In this guide, we’ll show you how to get your iZotope software up and running. Follow the sections below to get started.

Register iZotope Serial Number
First, log in or create an iZotope account. If you already have an iZotope account, click here to log in. We highly recommend you write down your email address and password and keep them in a safe place. If you forget, they can be reset here. Once your iZotope account has been created, you can register your software with iZotope. Follow these steps:
1. Open the Software Activation Instructions email from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer and locate the Serial Number. (E.G. SN-IZOTOPE-BASS-DRUM-GTAR-KEYS)
2. Visit the Serial Registration page in your iZotope account.
3. Enter the Serial Number from your Software Activation email. Then, click Register Serial.

Once your product is registered, you can locate it on the Purchase History page of your iZotope account. There are two ways to download and install your software: directly from the iZotope website or the iZotope Product Portal app. Below we’ll show you how to download software from iZotope’s website and then install it.
1. Visit the Product Downloads page in your iZotope account.
2. Locate your product from the list and click Download.

Download Bundled Content
The following instructions are for iZotope Creative Suite, Break Tweaker, Iris 2, or Trash 2 purchases only. If you did not purchase any bundled content, you can skip this part and go on to the installation section below.
1. Visit the Product Downloads page and locate your software product.
2. Click Free Add-ons (below Additional Resources) to visit their unique download & installation page.
3. Follow the instructions to download & install your bundled content.

Install iZotope Software
Once your software is downloaded, it’s time to install it. Locate the installer in your Downloads folder and double click it to start the installation. Follow these steps:
1. Go to your Downloads folder.
2. Double click your iZotope installer file.
- Windows = .EXE
- macOS = .DMG
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
